    Cerinte

    - absolvent de studii medii;
    - experienta anterioara in call center ori in relatii cu clientii / vanzari reprezinta un avantaj;
    -foarte bune aptitudini de comunicare, capacitate de a invata rapid, claritate in exprimare, dinamism, initiativa, capacitatea de a lucra in echipa, putere de convingere, atentie la detalii;
    - atitudine pozitiva, orientata catre client.

    Responsabilitati

    -contacteaza clientii in vederea vanzarii de produse/servicii;
    -raspunde apelurilor telefonice initiate de potentialii clienti si orienteaza conversatia in sensul vanzarii de produse/servicii;
    -raporteaza zilnic teamleader-ului obiectiile clientilor si toate problemele aparute in procesul de vanzare;
    -introduce actiunile, observatiile si informatiile necesare in aplicatiile dedicate.
