REQUIRED SKILLS:
With these skills you are a great candidate:
* ISTQB Test Practitioner certificate/equivalent or demonstrate experience to this standard;
* Experienced in HP Quality Center;
* Experienced in JIRA;
* Experience in building a test team and perform end to end testing, delivering quality software;
* Able to delegate and coordinate teams and individuals located remotely;
* Understanding of Business Analysis and Technical Analysis roles.

And it would be nice to have experience in one or more of these technologies/fields:
* Test Automatization ;
* PL-SQL / DBA / Replication
* ORACLE OBIEE, Golden Gate, Web Center, Exadata, BRM;
* IT Security;
* CLOUD / SaaS, PaaS , IaaS.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your day to day:
Provide testing leadership across Machine2Machine Testing&QA team projects around the world.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
* Coordinate a testing team daily activities ;
* Manage design and execution of tests, reporting status and progress against test plan;
* Drive test approach to ensure defects are identified early in the test lifecycle;
* Identify and manage risks, define mitigation actions to Quality Assurance Test Manager;
* Document test completion reports;
* Perform the activities of a Test Engineer when required;
* Managing Test Automation, Performance Testing and Security Testing in your projects as well as specific Network Elements Testing.
