Salesforce Business Analyst

Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years demonstrated experience with Business/Systems analyst,
• Understanding of Sales & Marketing processes,
• Experience in translating complex business processes into simple solutions,
• Understanding of business and technical process interrelationships is essential,
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements,
• Able to deal with incomplete requirements and still achieve desired end goal,
• Project and solution orientated way of working, clearly state project scope,
• Change Management,
• Understanding of Apex and Visual force,
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player,
• Fluency in Business English – written and verbal,
• Innovative thinking,
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask,
• Can operate and work independently as well as being able to work within a team,
• Able to work within an international and high pressure environment.

1. Ensures that all assigned automation initiatives meet time constraints while ensuring high quality deliverables and alignment to sales automation objectives
2. Gathers business requirements by leading business process review sessions, as well as detailed investigation of current solutions and configuration
3. Designs and supervise implementation solutions,
4. Proactively consults with business units as a subject matter expert, providing insight to potential process and technology solutions to business challenges.
5. Investigates issues and performs debugging and impact analysis
6. Develops training material
7. Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (e.g., suggested additional training sessions, communication, system modifications, etc.),
8. Participates in large GSEi standardization and implementation projects and manages or participates in smaller projects or sub-projects
9. Document changes to the design and assist with implementation of Salesforce.com
10. Extensive experience of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders and negocation
11. Keeps abreast of the latest updates to the Salesforce.com platform and advises the business where relevant
12. Proactively researches for tools that are compatible with the Salesforce.com platform when solving business requirements where relevant
13. Performs other duties as assigned
