    Cerinte

    • University degree (technical area would be an advantage);
    • Experience in a similar position at least 6 months;
    • Previous experience in oil & gas field is an advantage;
    • Computer skills: MS Office – advanced level (Excel, Word, Power Point);
    • Experience with and knowledge of ERP systems;
    • English language – advanced level;
    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize;
    • Analytical thinking and very good negotiating skills;
    • Internal and external customer orientation.

    Responsabilitati


    Job purpose: Manages the commercial purchasing contracts – imports, internal procurements and contracts which are related to them.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops market research regarding the evolution of unit prices of purchased products;
    • Identifies new suppliers/producers;
    • Builds and manages external suppliers portfolio, issues the proposals requests, drafts and manages the correspondence with suppliers;
    • Reviews requests for assigned materials, parts and/or services and verifies specifications. Sources components or services and ensures timely preparation and communication of RFQ (Request for Quote);
    • Corresponds with or interviews approved suppliers to obtain price, specifications and delivery information;
    • Develops, implements and manages the import contracts;
    • Conducts the supply chain contracts, issues orders to agreed suppliers, verifies the accuracy of the dates of the submitted documents, etc.;
    • Prepares and follow the addendums of contracts and follow their annexation to agreed contracts to insure the legal bases;
    • Carries out necessary activities to perform import formalities;
    • Provide and maintain accurate and current weekly status reports.
