Role: User Administrator for SAP, CART (Continental Authorization Request Tool), XALERTS and others like Online Trust Center (OTC) and 2Factor Authentication (2FA).

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining (SAP) user master data
* Maintaining authorization assignments according to approved requests
* Second/Third-level/Emergency support for authorization catalog within CART
* Maintaining XALERTS reports, generating reports quarterly and on request
* Supporting controls and audit processes (e.g. providing request samples for spot checks)
* Second level support for unlocking SAP Users
* Maintaining user and project rights for OTC
* Generating and maintaining keys and certificates for 2FA

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job requirements:

* University degree
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Good communication and customer orientation
* Previous experience in support position
* Ability to work autonomus as well as part of the team
