Technical Support Engineers with German (Brasov)

APT Human Resources is recruiting Technical Support Engineers with German for its customer, a leading communications software and services company.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications/IT;
- Fluency in German (good knowledge of English);
- 1-2 years of experience in telecom/ technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures technical support for assigned products, via email and telephone, within the time committed by the Service Level Agreement;
- Identifies appropriate problem-resolution procedures according to specific customers information;
- Monitors day-to-day operations for the data network within the assigned project;
- Assists and makes recommendations concerning the implementation of upgrades to the data network;
- Supervises the installation and maintenance of the clients’ network and managers other configuration back-ups and network documentation;
- Takes urgent measures in case of system breakdown;
- Offers technicians on-site support for commissioning/troubleshooting, if necessary;
- Participates in on-call rotation for off-hours support.
