In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.
Our market is complex, but HP works simple: our structures are straightforward, grouping people and their skills in business or product sectors where they’ll stimulate each other and work best together by flourishing new ideas and ways of constantly improving the business.
Cerinte
- Economical background preferably;
- Experience in sales & support functions or abilities & motivation to obtain it;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Technical knowledge and/or background in IT products & services;
- Fluency in English;
- Good Microsoft Office applications knowledge;
- Experience/Abilities in maintaining strong working relationship and effective lines of communication with internal and external customers;
- Quality and Details oriented;
- Ability to work with numbers;
- Fast learner;
- Used & enjoy to work under time pressure;
- Experience to work in an international environment.
Responsabilitati
1. Sales Support:
- Customer & account database maintenance;
- Account based business reporting on actuals;
- Escalation management in absence of account managers;
- Support tendering processes and special tender procedures;
- Follow up on open bids.
2. CRM/Siebel:
- Support account managers to keep all sales opportunities up-to-date;
- Improve data accuracy, weekly follow up on opportunities;
- Provide reports out of Siebel to account managers.
3. Forecast process:
- Support bi-weekly sales forecast process;
- Help to improve Forecast accuracy;
- Support Forecast process of Global accounts.
4. Sales compensation:
- Follow up on achievements of account managers, data collection
- Ensure proper flow of sales opportunity data through all systems.
