Management Trainee Supply Chain

The Management Trainee Program is a development program with history in our client business. Joining this program you will have the opportunity to be involved in various projects and to receive mentoring high level experienced professionals.

Main requirements:

-you are a young graduated from a Technical or Economical University
-computer is your friend and you have experience with Excel and Powerpoint
-you have excellent english communications skills
-You were involved or led at least one project in your life (including school / NGOs)
-you have one year working experience on specific key performance indicators
- you are interested in learning more on supply planning, factory cells and yogurt production
-You are a fast learner, team player and full of initiative
-You have strong analytical skills, financials savvy and attention to details
-Interest in problem solving, optimizing and simplifying processes
-You usually challenge the status quo and try to look at things from different angles
-You should be able to work independently, with good planning and project management skills.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of the Operations team:
-to learn about the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the respective department and how to analyze the business performance in general
-to get to know the Operations organization and each team member’s responsibilities,
-to be involved in department projects and to participate in identifying areas of potential improvements with your business partners.
