Aim of the position:
Analyzes the important factors to be considered for the RFQ and to launch several processes such as delivery and logistics costs, product analysis, tax implications, HSE related issues and credit queries to several Tenaris departments and if applicable, quotation to suppliers.
Completes and updates the offers and order database and is accountable for the Order Acceptance process.
Responsibilities:
• Carries out preliminary strategic analysis for the RFQ and launches several processes (delivery and logistics costs, questionaries, product, tax implications, insurance, guaranties analysis, HSE and documents on the RFQ including Terms & Conditions and credit queries to all different Tenaris departments and if applicable, quotation to suppliers).
• Completes offer loading in SAP and the updates during the different steps of the business.
• Performs the contract review of the order.
• Requests for Quality control Plan Production.
• Is accountable for the Order Acceptance process.
• Is responsible for contractual negotiation and for placing purchase orders to suppliers.
• Assists on updating the Offer and Order Data Base.
• Analyses the info received by other departments and agrees on the price definition with branches. Prepares / formats the complete offer for submission to TGS Branch in accordance with RFQ requirements, including all technical and contractual deviations and any additional information and documents as requested.
• Requests authorizations for offering according to Authorization Manual, prevision request and variation orders during the complete development of the offers and execution phase of the contracts
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that
