Are you curious about what this role implies?

•  Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy product requirements
•  Maintain and develop new Java libraries and new functionalities for an existing platform (EIServer)
•  Key contributor in our Agile software development process; participate in Daily team Scrums and sprint content planning meetings
•  Adhere to team coding standards and development processes
•  Interface with external stakeholders: Product Management, Project Managers, R&D Director
•  90%  all allocated time - Technical Team Leader & Java Developer/Actively perform Java development on new features & bug fixing and 10% of allocated time - Team Leader role/Interface with Product Management

•  Software developer with a BS or MS degree in engineering or software development
•  Very good Java programming knowledge – advantage: Java certification
•  Minimum 5 years of Java programming experience
•  Knowledge of fundamental OOP concepts and Java Design Patterns
•  Knowledge of relational databases and SQL language – advantage: Oracle/Hibernate
•  Coding, troubleshooting and application performance tuning.
•  Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking
•  Team leading experience or skills, coaching, mentoring, tutoring
•  Nice to have: IntelliJ, Maven, GIT, SVN, Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, Bamboo
