Mission: Organize and implement an effective presence of company business (product, service, brand) in online environement, supporting marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Familiar working with websites CMS;
- Experience in implementing SEO tactics & related actions;
- Familiar working with digital performance tools (Google analytics, Adwords etc);
- Knowledge of developing / writing content for online environement;
- Advance English;
- Organizational skills in compliance with deadlines and multitasking;
- Verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to details and accuracy;
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas;
- Technology passionate; intellectual curiosity with an interest in learning new technologies and practices;

Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the implementation of the digital marketing strategy and plans;
- Develops and monitors customer experience & communication plans (identifies brand digital touchpoints and designs approach and delivery of the desired experience outcome);
- Identifies opportunities for new channels (analyzes the impact of digital development and contributes & support marketing activities);
- Measures performance of digital marketing efforts delivery and impact of digital activities and takes corrective actions;
- Provides accurate reports and analysis of Sodexo digital assets (websites, social media, mobile etc), proposing improvement solutions, recommendations & new development tactics;
- Monitors Social Media activity (Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube etc), providing accurate reports and analysis;
- Implements on the websites all requested actions to increase traffic and conversion of consumers (SEO improvements, content update etc);
- Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides perspective for adoption where appropriate;
- Acquires insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date;
- Researches new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile payment, social media, apps, geolocalisation etc.;
- Ensures compliance of all digital activities to company standards and guidelines for digital and social media;
- Manage local digital agencies.
