    - fluency in English and in a second European language (German/Spanish/Portuguese/French/Hebrew/Italian/Dutch/Russian)
    - computer literacy
    - customer service oriented
    - effective at problem solving (troubleshooting skills)
    - customer support experience - considered an advantage

    Responsabilitati

    - provide world-class technical and customer support to customers
    - support and document incoming calls/web requests regarding explanations of use, compatibility issues, and general queries
    - diagnose root causes of hardware and software issues.
