• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelors degree or Graduate level degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related business disciplines;
• Very good MS-Office user knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Hands-on, reliable & ethical person, with a passion for achieving targets;
• Excellent written and communications skills;
• Be able to cope with pressure and deal with multiple tasks at once;
• Strong attention to details;
• Proficient in English.

• Providing support in daily administrative duties;
• Assist with all admin surrounding candidates prior to employment;
• Database maintenance;
• Assisting team to post recruitment adverts on different channels;
• Scheduling interviews and booking appropriate meeting rooms;
• Passing feedback on a regular basis onto the relevant candidates;
• Maintaining recruitment activity reports and spreadsheet for weekly meetings.
