• At least 2 years of experience:
- Reactive / Functional development experience (ideally Scala, Play, Akka)
- Elasticsearch, CouchbaseDB
- Git, SBT for development

Nice-to-have:
- Experience with PMO tooling
- CICD, TDD/BDD

• Experience with Agile development practices
• Technical University degree
• Fluent in English
• Good communications skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Travel availability

• Adds product enhancements to product backlog
• Actively participates on backlog refining
• Provides estimates and discuss them with team members on planning
• Participates in task drilldown and estimates them
• Maximizes team performance by answering technical questions of other team members
• Presents a lessons learned session when useful
• Identifies inconsistencies and gaps of the specified product backlog item and drives competent persons to clarify them
• Implements minimum set of requirements to fulfill the user story
• Is responsible for delivering all required deliverables according to approved project processes
• Validates definition of done of his work results
• Is active during all Scrum ceremonies – planning, stand-up, demo and retrospective
• Make use of retrospective at the end of each sprint to propose enhancements
