Knowledge, studies and experience:
5 - 8 years Project Management and Projects Portfolio experience in banking
Good understanding of IT projects methodology – understanding of business and functional specifications, testing, change management, training for users);
Accounting and Financial Background – Academy of Economic Studies (preferred Finance, Accounting or Cybernetics)
English and French – speaking and writing– good level
6 – 12 months located in Paris
Starting date ASAP
Responsibilities:
Coordination of SG EBS portfolio of projects in accordance with the overall strategy of SG EBS
Assess and ensure the prioritization of projects in accordance with the overall strategy of balancing SG EBS portfolio of projects in order to use properly the resources
Specific functions related to the Budgetary Process of SG EBS Projects
Scrolls and coordinates a Project Budgeting process of SG EBS in order to create and implement a balanced portfolio of projects and in full concordance with SG EBS's strategic objectives as defined in the general strategy SG EBS
Prioritizing projects based on information collected
Evaluate the implementation process of projects in collaboration with organizational departments involved
It is representing the single entry point for all requests within SG EBS, regardless of the size and nature of the project and / or demand change
Ensure allocation of human resources for organizational compartments and solves any conflicting ensuring optimal allocation of resources
Specific functions related to running projects
Supervises and controls all the projects in SG EBS
Performs a project planning and reporting at the project portfolio of SG EBS
Monitors centrally the degree of fulfillment of project plans, objectives and budgets for each projects
Monitors how to take a project management by setting standards for project portfolio and resource management to be respected by all parties
For completed projects, regularly monitors and reports the estimated benefits and demand situation in relation to the benefits achieved.
Specific functions concerning the preparation sessions Committees Projects
Organizes and prepares meetings of Committees Projects
Elaborates materials needed support in the Projects Committee (statistical and reporting issues throughout the entire project portfolio or individually for each project) and submits the strategic decisions related to project portfolio
