Experience - Essential:
• At least 1 year of working experience on a similar position;
• Basic knowledge of network and security;
• Windows XP, Windows 2000 and 2003 Server experience;
• Very good knowledge of English is required.

• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving;
• Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team;
• Be able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

Responsabilitati

Key responsibilities will include the day to day management and support of colleagues and local servers; typical activities will include:
• Day to day proactive server support and maintenance
• Troubleshooting of IT infrastructure related problems;
• Ensure support for non-IT personnel;
• Installation and administration of all technical equipment in the office; (laptops, printer, fax, fix phone lines);
• Administration of mobile phones and mobile modems.
