    Requirements:

    -Excellent knowledge of English - both spoken and written - is a must
    -Any other foreign language will be a BIG advantage
    -Hard-working and positive
    -Excellent communication skills and able to build rapport with the customer
    -Experience from a similar call center role is desirable although specific in-house training will be given
    -Ability and desire to learn new skills and tasks
    -Able to work as part of a team contributing to the group's success
    -Problem solving skills
    -Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
    -Open, adaptable and willing to work in shifts

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    -Provide clients and prospects with service information
    -Research required information using available resources (Company's CRM)
    -Helps the clients to activate and set-up the accounts
    -Enter new client information into system
    -Answer in written at technical questions
    -Identify and escalate priority issues
    -Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation
    -Solve customer issues according to existing service level agreements
