    Scope: Coordinate & deploy all digital and brand initiatives at Corporate level as per global/regional directions.

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor level degree in marketing is required. Master’s degree is preferred;
    - 5+ years experience as brand and communication experience in a multinational environment;
    - 2+ years experience in coordinating various stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects;
    - 2+ years experience in working with various IT tools (eg; ticketing application, marketing analytics, digital asset management) is a plus;
    - Expert knowledge and experience with the most current theories and practices in marketing processes and marketing operations;
    - Expert in social media strategy development;
    - In-depth knowledge of multinational environment and structure;
    - Knowledge of computer programs such as: FatWire Content Server, Hybris, Celum, Pisa, Jira, Webtrends is preferred;
    - Fluent in written and spoken English;
    - Highly organized, good time management skills, personable;
    - Demonstrated superior customer service skills;
    - Ability to work both independently and as a team member as necessary;
    - Strong analytical, business process development and problem solving skills;
    - Proficiency with MS Excel.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Digital:
    - Coordinate the deployment at Corporate level of Global Product Information Management (GPIM). GPIM refers to the processes, people and technologies needed to centrally manage information about products for the purpose of using data to market products to end users and channel partners;
    - Successfully coordinate the implementation of a new global online platform (FUZE);
    - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

    Brand:
    - Implement the digital activation of 3M brand as per CEEMEA and global guidelines;
    - Coordinate the social media strategy for Corporate channels (facebook) and follow closely its execution;
    - Responsible for internal and external corporate communication- ensure that new 3M brand Identity is followed by 3M employees and 3M business partners;
    - Monitor the A&M Corporate budget spending (for both digital and brand related activities).
