Excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office

•The full package of organizational and interpersonal skills

•Ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently, meet deadlines and detail-oriented

with a s trong sense of urgency

•Ability to respect and adhere to DRAEXLMAIER’s confidentiality policies

•Currently pursuing a university’s or master’s degree in a Human Resources discipline, or a related degree with a concentration in Human Resources
