    Are you curious about what this role implies?

    • Preparing documents for employment (contracts, internal documents and forms);
    • Informing departments and / or suppliers on new employees; transmitting them all the information needed for employment;
    • Maintaining the personnel file; docomentelor updating employees (CI, marital status, etc.); addendums, decisions suspension;
    • Maintaining the databases used in Personal administration;
    • Management of timekeeping software:making daily reports, checking the correctness of the information, liaising with employees and managers approvers;
    • Evidence of Absence: medical leave, rest, without pay, etc;
    • Administration benefits: enrolling employees in benefits program; transmitting information to suppliers and payroll; 

    Then you should have:
    • Bachelor degree , preferably in Finance, law, or HR related areas
    • Fluency in English 
    • One year of experience in HR admin field is an advantage
    • Excel proficient
    • Knowledge of the Romanian Labor Code and Fiscal code are considered a plus
    • Experience in working with CRM systems and customer relation are considered a plus
