•Minimum 1 year experience in HR area is would be an advantage
•Very good communication and project management skills
•Ability to work in a complex business environment
•Good organizing and prioritization skills, customer oriented
•Team player, proactive, dedicated and creative
•Attention to details and proven integrity
•Able to handle sensitive information
•English language – advanced level
•Computer skills: good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
•Offers support to all functions within HR area (HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training and HR Vice President) in different processes
•Prepares different documents (presentations, letters, reports, contracts, analysis) as per request
•Prepares and registers in the local system all order payments and ensure efficient follow of the invoices
•Delivers all logistics arrangements (travel & accommodation) for trainings/ workshops/ special projects/ company guests, as per business request
•Prepares and schedules the HR Vice President agenda and HR meetings
•Offer support during recruitment processes (cv screening, interview, face to face interviews, negative answers to external candidates, ensure proper communication between candidates and assessor for psychometric evaluations, post job openings)
