• Excellent knowledge of English – both spoken and writing;
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Experience in designing and delivering customized trainings;

Responsibilities:
• Analyze personnel’s training needs;
• Designs and delivers continuous training programs;
• Creates training materials and additional materials;
• Assesses the impact of the training sessions, the assimilation of knowledge and their application in the workplace;
• Monitor the employees performance;
• Analyzes the quality and effectiveness of the trainings and advise improvements;
• Organizes information refreshing sessions, motivational sessions and meetings with employees;
• Proposes new techniques and measures in order to improve the results;
• Liaise with management and informs about any issues that require its intervention;
• Updates continuously with the latest trends on good practice in training, team management and the newest and effective sales techniques.
