Inspector of personnel diploma (mandatory);
Very good knowledge of Labour legislation;
Experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel);
Working experience in human resources area for minimum 2 years;
Fluent business English (both communication and writing);
Experience in using WizSalary (not mandatory, but an advantage);
Working on several projects at the same time;
Perform payroll computation, operating of employee register (Revisal);
Draft employees labour documents (individual employment contracts, annexes, decisions and other relevant documents);
Calculation of the salaries, bonuses and allowances payable monthly, including allowances for social security benefits (sick leave, maternity) related taxes and contributions;
Preparation of payment orders for the salaries, taxes and social contributions;
Preparation of various reports according to relevant legislation and to the client’s policy;
Updating the payroll & HR files;
Updating information about employees in Payroll & HR related software’s;
Preparation of certificates required by the employees (seniority, doctor, bank, etc.);
Preparation of annual tax income certificates;
Preparation of documents necessary to reimbursement of the medical leaves indemnities from the Romanian Health Authority;
