    Role aligned to Employee Administration and Master Data Management specialism accountable for ensuring that relevant processes are delivered effectively providing excellent Customer services at all times.

    Requirements:
    - At least 2-3 years relevant personnel administration experience;
    - Advanced in English and Polish languages;
    - Knowledge of countries labour legislations;
    - Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel, etc.;
    - User knowledge of SuccessFactors – Employee Central and enabling technologies (Case Management System, Knowledge Management System, OpenText);
    - Excellent verbal and written communications across different audiences and channels;
    - Planning and Organizing skills;
    - Priority Setting skills;
    - Attention to details.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Is expected to execute Employee Administration and Master Data Management related service requests sent by the CoE or Business HR as well as to answer to complex employee and line manager queries related to its expertise area;
    - Provides Employee administration related expertise, ensuring that all personnel administration processes are executed and aligned to HRSS operational standards;
    - Performs all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services;
    - Uses HR procedures and guidance available to manage the processing of data entry, changes and workflow within technology solutions – both global and local, for organizational structure, positions and employee data;
    - Performs regular and consistent quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
    - Monitors the synchronization of master data system (Success Factors) and other systems through automated interfaces; performs regular reconciliation of HR data; generates/compiles predefined reports to ensure data uploads feeding other stand-alone systems;
    - Ensures compliance with company data administration and security standards and verifies data against appropriate policies and compliance requirements;
    - Ensures the confidentiality of personnel records and that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR data;
    - Oversees end to end process flows of the employment cycle, executing its own transactions and/or monitoring activities performed by third party providers;
    - Drafts documentation to conform with specific local legislative requirements for different stages of the employee lifecycle (employment, changes, exit) ensuring that they are signed and archived according to HRSS and end market rules;
    - Manages the benefits administration activities by supporting enrolment process, collecting relevant documentation and liaising with vendors;
    - Supports the absence management process by collecting support documentation, updating the system and notifying relevant parties;
    - Performs occupational health activities, according to the local legal requirements in the end markets;
    - Generates/complies standard, recurrent reports;
    - Identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to data management and processing and also to other process flows in its responsibility area;
    - Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs;
    - Ensures the maintenance, accessibility and relevance of HR knowledge and content related to specialist area in line with company standards;
    - Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately.
