On behalf of our client, involved in development of optimization software and analytics solutions we are looking for Implementation Consultant.

Requirements:
Technical university education (Informatics, Engineering, Cybernetics or similar studies);
1 -2 years of experience in implementing business applications;
Fluent in English; second language is a major plus;
Good IT understanding and knowledge: SQL Server, XML / XSL, scripting, Microsoft SQL Reporting;
Programming skills preferred (C++, C#, Visual Basic, etc.)

Analyze and understand business requirements of the customer;
Propose technical solutions in order to meet customer needs;
Write internal and external documentation, create and update action lists;
Configure technical solution – work with SQL, XML / XSL, SQL Reporting, internal tools, etc.;
Organize workshops and trainings for customers;
Support users during and after Go-Live, until the project is transferred to the global support team;
Responsible for making and keeping the customer satisfied, both on site and remotely via email / phone during the implementation;
Willing to travel in CEE region up to 30% of the total working time.

Work in a multi-disciplinary team in the Bucharest office and opportunity to have frequent contact with colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world.
