    Requirements

    The role
    The Account Manager role is about delivering great work for clients and building / maintaining client relationships that deliver profitable business. The Account Manager focuses on understanding the client and their challenges, and then using their knowledge of our products and services to find solutions. Our products/services focus on recurring HR processes that assist clients in:
    - Ensuring equitable and competitive rewards throughout their career
    - Assessing applicants consistently and effectively,
    - Assessing employee performance and potential,
    - Developing employees for promotion,
    - Measuring the employees engagement and enablement

    Primary accountabilities
    - Directly account manage, drive revenue within existing nominated clients, invest time proactively in building relationships with the key client decision makers across Pay, Talent and Effectiveness. This includes understanding the client organization, businesses, locations, internal structure, immediate/long term needs, roles, how they manage their HR processes, the history of working with Hay Group etc.
    - Proactively manage commercial opportunities within client portfolio and work with client from proposals/quotes to coordination of delivery.
    - Managing delivery of products and services, with a focus on the Hay Group Salary Survey.
    - Preparing and delivering customer presentations, demos, proposals, pricing and contracts.

    Responsibilities

    Knowledge, skills and experience
    - Experience of working in HR services / delivery (e.g.: compensation & benefits) OR commercial Account Management
    - Customer centricity, strong networking skills
    - Strong numerical and analytical skills (skills around managing / interpreting data a distinct advantage), attention to details
    - Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel
    - Business insight and commercial awareness
