Requirements:
Solid experience with VMware / Hyper V as an administrator or engineer
Infrastructure support experience incorporating hardware and VLANs as an administrator
Working knowledge of Server Hardware
Tape device backup experience
Experience with EMC backup / recovery software (Avamar) operation
Experience with Symantec Endpoint antivirus software operation

MCSE qualification or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work effectively in a team (Teamwork and cooperation)
Well-spoken and presented with good report writing skills
Can work under pressure in a changing environment
Able to operate without direct supervision

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main responsibility of the role is to provide IT Server support to the other Samsung group company

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administrating and supporting the infrastructure systems for a user base of 400
Managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, File Server, Hyper-V system, VMware system
Installation and configuration of new Server equipment
iMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change and Delete) of Server
Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and understanding of ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library)
Project coordination and managemet
