    Our client, Samsung Shared Services Center – Bucharest, is looking for talented and specialized people with solid experience in management. Samsung Shared Servicese Center is a start-up that will be launched soon in Bucharest.

    Degree (BSc Hons) or equivalent experience
    Minimum of CCNA certification - Ideally CCNP certified or currently studying towards CCNP
    Preference 3 years or more Network (LAN and WAN) environment as an administrator or engineer
    Excellent customer service skills
    Able to work effectively in a team (Teamwork and cooperation)
    Solid knowledge of Cisco technologies (Cisco Firewalls and Switches, Router, etc.)
    Experience with Proxy system operation
    Work closely with project management teams to ensure that project deliverables are understood and timescales are met
    Work closely with Network Architect to understand and comply with Network architectural standards, Solution Architect, and Product Architect to understand the business requirement
    Experience in producing Fault Incident reports and Performance Monitoring reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis


    The main responsibility of the role is to provide Network support to the other Samsung group company

    iMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change and Delete) for Network
    Managing and troubleshooting LAN environment
    Creating and maintaining accurate documentation
    Project (related to Network) coordination and management
    Telephone service support
