    Requirements

    We are looking for people who:
    - Would like to join the team doing support for Canada (from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am),
    - Possess strong working knowledge of English and French (verbal and written) language,
    - Enjoy providing the highest level of customer experience,
    - Are smart and intellectually curious,
    - Seek a challenging work experience,
    - Want to learn and gain greater expertise in their field,

    Technical Requirement:

    CRM Products (ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 or higher) in Small & Medium Business or Enterprise marketplace

    2 or more of the following areas:
    - Active Directory
    - Exchange Server (ideally 2010 or higher)
    - Outlook (ideally 2010 or higher)
    - SharePoint Server (ideally 2010 or higher)
    - Microsoft SQL Server (ideally 2012 or higher)
    - ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services)
    - Internet Explorer (ideally IE 10 or higher)
    - Developer Skills (Object Oriented Programming Concepts applied ideally with C#, C++, JScript)
    - .NET Framework
    - OS (ideally Windows 7 or higher for the client and Windows Server 2008 R2 or higher)
    - Network Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
    - IIS and HTTP based applications
    - Virtual Machines (Hyper-V) and Cloud Computing

    Language requirements
    - English (min C1)
    - French (min C1)

    If you do not possess in-depth knowledge of the above, we require you to have an overall IT basic knowledge on which we can build upon, together with high desire, being extremely motivated to develop yourself into a technology expert.     The Dynamics CRM Support Engineer is a trusted advisor to fellow IT Professionals, using their technical skills to solve high level complex problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge. Frequently, these problems will not only be technically complex, but will also require a customer oriented mindset. You will have a chance to be involved in troubleshooting various environments for some of the world’s largest companies.
