- Technical studies and/or qualifications
- Plastic injection moulding knowledge
- Tool maintenance knowledge
- Tool making background - advantage
- Experience from a high volume manufacturing environment - advantage
- Good knowledge of English; German is advantage
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to lead and motivate
- Ability to lead by example
- Strong problem solving skills

Main role:
Responsible for the day to day management and coordination of technical team for injection mould production, for achieving daily plan focused on KPI (OEE).
Support the planning team and prioritise production output to satisfy customers’ requirement.
Optimise the labour performance of Injection mould - focus on the delivery of ‘Best in Class’.

- Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with area and Plant support departments.
- Respect daily the leveling (planning) contract and, in case of deviation, take necessary measures to have respected weekly leveling (planning) at end of the week.
- Lead daily Shopfloor activities (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance).
- Lead productivity risk analysis and elimination of waste time
- Lead everyday genba activities with the team, as TOP 3 issues counter measures review as for cycle time deviations.
- Lead & review action plans to improve SQCDM performance (actual and targets).
- Responsible for Customer Complaints analysis and solving in defined time.
- Prepare budget proposal, manage the budget of the area and allocates the appropriate resources in respect with the budget perimeter.
- Implement necessary corrective actions for compliance.
- Be involved in the industrialization of new projects (before the end of Quality Gate 2).
- Validate the transfer for new tools in production before SOP and six monts after SOP by assign process engineer for injection and creating maintenace plan for tools .
