Business Description

EMR (Equipment Management and Remanufacturing) is the leading service provider within the HPE Enterprise Group offering programs such as the HPE EMR Renew Program and HPE EMR Factory Integration & Logistic Services.

Renew offers a broad portfolio of high quality remanufactured products (servers, storage and networking) to optimize HPE hardware margin and meet ecological and European Community requirements for re-usage and environmental sustainability. Through an extensive process of remanufacturing and recertification, Renew offers current, state of the art technology and solutions at optimal cost.

Factory Integration & Logistic Services provide an extensive portfolio of flexible integration modules to meet individual requirements of global accounts in cloud computing and data analysis. Our objective is to design the most cost effective, high quality processes and solutions, serving customer needs by pre-integrating, testing in the factory and managing roll-outs to the customer�s datacenter.

Education and Experience Required:

� Current enrollment in University;
� Combination of both business and basic technical studies required;
� Experience in working with people from different functions and different countries/languages.

Skills required:

� High business focus combined with technical solution skills;
� Fluent in English language ( both written and spoken), second European language preferred;
� Strong communication skills;
� Excellent analytical skills;
� Out-of-the-box thinking to invent creative solutions;
� Good team player;
� Good presentation skills.

As a European Project Manager Intern, will be part of the European EMR organization. This involves close collaboration with the European EMR team, EMR Finance and Supply Chain as well as the EMR sales specialists in the European countries.
Business travel to Germany or other European Countries is required at least three times per year.

You will be responsible for key projects to optimize productivity and efficiency within the Renew Program and Factory Integration & Logistic Services (FILS):

Renew Program

Define the business algorithms for a Management Information Tool for EMR inventory.
Expected outcome (to be used by our IT service provider for solution design): Identification and pricing of critical inventory as well as automated pricing for web sales offering.

Factory Integration & Logistic Services (FILS)

Create an intelligent data depository to provide structured FILS information for solution design and sales support across functions (Sales, Presales, HPE Service, Supply Chain)
