- Higher education diploma in engineering.
- More than 5 years of job experience in leading development related teams (hardware-related Software Development or similar).
- Applied knowledge in Software development and/or Software Support.
- Ability to handle tasks flexibly and good coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and problem analysis techniques.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken.
- Target, process and quality orientation.
- Initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Enjoy working in an international team.

- Leading a team that will develop and provide sensor solutions for Industry 4.0 across the world.
