    Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our 12 months Internship Program.     Applicant Requirements

    - Solid communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation);
    - Mastery in English language;
    - Ability to be synthetic (summarize);
    - Ability to work under pressure;
    - Team-worker;
    - Attitude to share and to raise questions;
    - Good analytical mindset;
    - Knowledge of MS Office tools and good in using Excel;
    - Good as presentation slide-maker and good project management skills will be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    - Providing analysis of the Sales Productivity, Coverage, quota deployment and Readiness data and channel partner KPIs generating an in-depth root cause analysis in case of outcomes not meeting the targets;
    - Communicating project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business teams;
    - Representing the needs of the business during process improvement projects;
    - Collaborating with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of low complexity, and understanding business/customer impact;
    - Supporting processes/programs that impact multiple business units and/or countries;
    - Providing data quality control;
    - Proposes recommendations on the Go-to-market and coverage plans to countries and EMEA RTM (Route-To-Market) and RBU (Region Business Units)
    - Designing reporting, analytical solutions and tools
