- Support end to end MPS contract management from Presales phase to End of Term
- Understand and analyze financial aspects at engagement level: orders, revenues, costs, gross margin
- P&L handling, forecast reports, account reconciliation, accrual/deferral; support and prepare Account Review
- Coordinate and act as communication lead between Sales, Delivery, Customer, HPFS, Credit & Collection, Finance, Procurement and back-office related functions
- Advise business on financial topics to enable effective, profitable and compliant handling based on GAAP
- Investigate, control and follow-up on accuracy and completeness of business required documents; ensure Audit readiness & compliance
- Advise on MPS processes and systems for contract changes, solutions for customer requirements, terms and conditions enforcement
- Engage and partner with Pursuit team for a timely and successful SOAR; perform - -

Customer Operations risk analysis in Presales phase
- Support Process & Capabilities team in developing and improving procedures
- Handle invoice disputes, act as direct point of contact for customer escalations
- Understand, manage and control all relevant Country business risk areas within

Customer Operations Responsibility in regards to Multi National Deals
- Work to develop accuracy and predictability of Installed Based forecast to support

Country Coordinators
- Provide full visibility of country status for the assigned Global Deals with country impact, plan and risks
- Accountable for follow up of the execution of the operational tasks during the ongoing phase (Handover, Change Orders, Smartbuy/Swan, HW Ordering, C&C, Invoicing)
- Ensure approved funding of specials not priced to customer: ensure that the additional resources are financially covered. Check on MPS Deal compliancy, Deal content correctness (DOS/contract) and completeness (for first deal together with DC/CC), contract clauses for SLA, ATR, renewal, early termination before handover
