Senior Solutions Engineer - located in Ireland

The candidate needs a CCNP qualification. The higher CISCO certification, the CCIE, is not essential. S/he must speak good English and have good communication skills. This is not a sales role, but it is also not a field engineer role.

Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect, certified preferably to CCIE level - but CCNP will also be considered. Full training will be provided on the company's product portfolio - suppliers to Apple, Facebook, Linkedin, BT, KBC.

Based in Dublin Citywest Campus, the Group focuses principally on Network and Cyber Security both as appliance and cloud based solutions.

In addition to the above, the company has a portfolio of products associated with network acceleration and solid state storage.The company provides a niche service that offers vendor accredited pre- and post-sales support, marketing resources, customer proof of concept resources and professional services for Palo Alto Networks, BlueCoat, Mi-Token, Bomgar, Pure Storage, and other leading technologies.

The product portfolio addresses key market segments that include network and application security, mobility and network infrastructure. Specialising in Next Generation Firewalls and network security.

The company offer a unique end-to-end service to Value Added Resellers enabling them to deliver best-in-class solutions to their customers. Key vendor products are:- Palo Alto Networks, Pure Storage, A10 and Juniper.

The network engineer will become a Palo Alto specialist (training in California). S/He will put together a solution for the client and accompany the sales team when they present it. S/He will answer the technical questions on the product. The company will sponsor the candidate to become a CCIE as well.
