    Requirements

    Niveau d`études : Bac+3
    Expérience professionnelle 2 ans dans le domaine support IT (Helpdesk)
    Pratique de Lotus Notes (Applications sous Lotus)
    Notion de CITRIX
    Notion de Business Object
    Savoir utiliser les outils Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    Français avancé - parlé et écrit.
    Une attitude responsable et un fort engagement dans la réalisation de votre mission
    Esprit d`analyse et de synthèse
    Sens du service client
    Ecoute client attentive et maitrise de soi pour gérer les situations délicates
    Expérience du travail en équipe
    Aisance relationnelle et capacités de discussion indispensables pour faciliter les nombreux contacts internes et externes

    Responsibilities

    Vous garantissez la disponibilité, la qualité de la production au second niveau en assistant techniquement l`équipe de support niveau 1 aux utilisateurs
    Vous assurez la relation technique avec les éditeurs des progiciels, l`équipe de développements et l`exploitant
    Vous allez assurer le support de niveau 2 pour les logiciels financiers
    Vous allez proposer des corrections/évolutions suite aux incidents récurrents et/ou à votre retour d`expérience
