    Requirements

    Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree program
    Fluency in English (written and spoken); a second language is considered a plus
    Computer literate — particularly Microsoft Package (Windows, Outlook, Excel at medium level at least, Word, IE, etc.)
    Very good communication skills with ability to convey medium impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.
    Positive and can-do attitude
    Developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Developing knowledge of local legal compliance issues.
    Teamwork and collaboration skills.
    Good knowledge in business administration.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Participate in an internship for a period of 12 months, having a part-time program (6h per day)
    Supports TS team members in organizing meetings, taking minutes of the meeting, attends trainings and business activities
    Involves in business meetings, having the chance to learn internal process and procedures
    Work with experienced team members to develop skills and obtain advice and guidance
    Participate in conference calls and engage in team environment
    Exposure to a virtual environment as this role is part of a global team
    Maintains all the relevant materials in the official HPE format and updates presentations upon request.
    Assist the team members with reporting depending on needs and provides expertise and suggestions.
    Is engaged in accounts action plans and performs SAP checks or renewal follow-ups.
    Presents and escalates professional topics in the area of responsibility to the management team, the own team and adjacent teams.
    Analyzes processes and business cases in order to provide solutions/ proposals for improvement.
    Deliver Training/Guidelines to customer online
    Monitors the end-to-end process between Front Office teams & Back Office.
