    Requirements

    Related experience supporting senior level executives;
    Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
    Open minded and self-confident behavior as team player;
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    Language skills: English (mandatory), German (advanced), French (intermediate);
    Proficient in MS Office Tools (365). Ability to write and prepare professional correspondence and presentations;
    Talent for organization and improvisation to manage schedules, travelling, internal, external meetings, team events etc;
    Structured, self-reliant and efficient working style;
    Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities at one time;

    Responsibilities

    Manage calendar and meeting agendas, organizing reunions;
    Interface with other managers, partners, external and internal collaborators;
    Arrange travel and accommodation;
    Arrange of frequent internal / external meetings, including all organization and logistics, agendas, minutes and presentations;
    Provide general assistance during presentations;
    Prepare letters, financial statements and other documents;
    Prepare all presentations and files for internal/ external meetings;
    Deal with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
    Liaise with suppliers and other staff;
    Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner;
    Assure translations when necessary;
    Event planning;
    Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned;
