If you speak German at a medium/advanced level, you have experience with computers and you want to develop a career in IT within OMV GLOBAL SOLUTIONS
YOU ARE EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR!
Main Responsibilities:
- Answers to the user calls addressed to the Help Line either via phone or E-mail or on the phone;
- Enters the calls into the help-desk management and monitoring tool;
- Ensures first-level technical support to the users in all IT areas: software/applications, network, servers, SAP
Responsabilitati
- Good knowledge of Laptop and Desktop hardware equipment and components and their support;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and Office and their support;
- Basic knowledge of networking;
- Fluency in English;
- German - advanced / medium level;
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and to address their requirements on the phone;
- Ability to learn and to adapt to the new hardware and software standards;
