- University degree
- Approximately 2-4 years of experience in asset recovery or asset management desirable.
- Good command of English
- High level of commercial acumen, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationship builder and to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate independently within agreed guidelines
- Must demonstrate perseverance in achieving goals
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office
- Driving license

- Manage direct relationships with industry companies in order to educate, promote and protect ownership of CHEP
- Create and manage database of pallets dealers and other sites where CHEP pallets are located
- Project management, in cooperation with other departments of CHEP, to define areas where losses can occur or theft of CHEP equipment
- Recovery of CHEP equipment - from all locations across Romania, through direct negotiations, the involvement of other departments of CHEP and / or legal action, in accordance with the policy of Asset Protection and assumed tasks
- Generate business opportunities — informing of relevant departments of CHEP about the possibility of acquiring new customers, for example, who use CHEP equipment in an unauthorized manner.
- Coordination of legal action, in consultation with the Legal department, if necessary.
- Regular reporting on actions and results of ongoing operations.
- Participation in current departmental projects and other tasks as delegated by the manager
