    Cerinte

    Strong customer service orientation
    Use of computer sales management software
    Good verbal and written communication skills
    Fluent in English language
    Driving license B category required
    Ability to exceed client needs and resolve complaints
    Ability to negotiate and administer contracts
    Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict and work effectively under pressure
    Well-presented and calm personality
    Background in corporate travel sales
    Advanced knowledge of sales/hospitality principles and procedures
    It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate knowledge of Opera system
    The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in the hotel industry (corporate sales preferred) or work experience in a business travel agency

    Responsabilitati

    Researches accounts and brings new business for the hotel
    Identifies and approaches customers, sells the benefits and amenities of the hotel
    Maintains relationships with current clients in order to continue selling additional accommodations and hotel services
    Negotiates contracts, pricing terms
    Achieves room night goals, develops and implement sales action plans
    Maximizes use of time selling for assigned market segments
    Plans and execute strategies on selected accounts to increase current production
    Is aware of the competition, including average room rates and market share information with agreed market segments
    Submits a weekly call plan and monthly activity report including confirmed and provisional business as outlined by the Director of Sales
    Ensures the complete administration and execution of corporate contracts including yearly negotiations for the continuation of these contracts
    Promotes a high quality company image by demonstrating professionalism to both clients and colleagues
