    Requirements

    • Very strong Adobe Photoshop experience, very comfortable working with hi-res images; pixel art is a plus
    • Adept at digital retouching; drawing is a plus
    • Strong Adobe Premiere knowledge
    • Flash / Adobe animation
    • Basic / intermediate Adobe After Effects knowledge
    • Joomla / WordPress knowledge is a plus
    • Print preparing skills
    • Vectorizing
    • Knowledge of image and video manipulation tools
    • Good spoken and written communication English skills
    • Artistic sensibility, able to propose original and creative graphical compositions (framing, camera angles, etc) while following given briefs

    Responsibilities

    Fundamental/primary functions:
    • Creates and executes design concepts and develops artwork for a variety of materials, including ads, direct mail, Web sites, brochures, publications and others
    • Consults with direct superior to evaluate individual project needs, prepares time estimates for projects, and reviews print materials to ensure quality control
    • Electronically creates and modifies images for print and Web, including photos
    • Contributes to overall branding efforts by assisting with execution, timing and follow-up of HR and Communication for both internally and externally targeted materials
    • Reviews printers’ proofs and conducts press checks as needed to ensure accurate and high quality production
    • Provides support in developing design for Web pages as assigned
    • Designs, edits, and produces various forms, applications and other documents as needed
    • Demonstrates professionalism and integrity in the use of intellectual property. Follows established guidelines for the use of TI trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property and communicates those guidelines to agents and employees
    • Participates in planning, creating, and implementing various communication projects as requested;
    • Works collaboratively with other members of the Communication staff as needed.

    Occasional/infrequent functions:
    • Participates in departmental strategic planning sessions to help ensure that HR communication goals align with overall corporate strategy
    • Develops presentations (PowerPoint and other) upon request
    • Serves as corporate photographer and takes photos as needed for various communication projects
    • Takes active role in the planning and implementing special events (team member recognition program and corporate events) when necessary
