Yes, we are a bunch of marketing people with hands-on experience and many insights into conversion and performance marketing. We help online businesses to convert more than the magic 2% or so.

As a Conversion Rate Optimization for Marketizator, you will be orchestrating smart A/B tests and optimization for our clients, (but that�s not all of it, there are plenty of opportunities and challenges so don�t expect to get bored). Besides anything else we need you to be motivated, have a desire to learn more, know what you aim for and enjoy what you do. You will learn about the exciting world of Conversion Rate Optimization and performance marketing from one of the best teams in the world.

Profile:
You are interested to work within the online marketing field
Experience with online marketing or web analytics
English proficiency
Affinity towards web-design and user experience
You are ambitious and motivated to develop

Qualifications required:
Google Analytics
Customer Insights Research
Market Research
A/B testing tools or user testing campaigns
Photoshop and other design tools
Experience with HTML and CSS
Statistics

What you�ll be doing

As one of the core incoming members you'll dabble in everything from online marketing and UX/UI, to data analysis and conversion rate optimization. We are looking for someone who is technical oriented, analytical, and can make quick, smart decisions.

On a daily basis, you will to get to know and work within the following areas:
User experience
Google analytics
Photoshop
Conversion rate optimization
Basic coding skills: html, css
Optimize our customer's websites with both qualitative data (research insights like survey responses) and quantitative data (hard numbers like site analytics)
Wire-framing and documenting your optimization hypothesis and assist in overseeing the development of those wireframes into functional A/B tests
Reading results and creating digestible reports for customers to understand.
