    ITAM - SCCM Admin (general admin) job description

    Visma IT & Communications is looking for a passionate SCCM admin with advance operational skills for the IT Asset Management Department (ITAM). You will be a member of a small team (ITAM), and work closely with the sccm team in Sibiu, where your skills, contributions and teamwork are very visible. You must love to help team members and to receive help from them. The team is international so you will use English written and orally.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced SCCM Operational skills.

    • Advanced SCEP knowledge.

    • Advanced Software Updates deployment through SCCM knowledge.

    • Experienced with Software Deployment through SCCM.

    • Advanced Experience with Windows and Windows Server environments.

    • Basic overall working knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, WSUS.

    • Advanced knowledge of English (C1).

    • Degree or adequate practical IT background (2-8 years).

    • Willingness to improve technical and language skills.

    • Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking.

    • Basic, VMM, VMware, Hyper-V, knowledge.

    • Advanced technical documentation skills.

    Work tasks and responsibilities:

    • General SCCM Administration with focus on SCEP, Updates and SCSM

    • Creating and maintaining Visma Organisation Map equivalent in SCCM (Customers and Solutions)

    • Creating and maintaining all SCCM related Documentation on Confluence.

    • SCCM Agent, SCEP and Software Deployment debugging.

    • Create, implement, and manage policies and procedures to be used for all SCCM related tasks.

    • Evaluates current procedures and processes for accomplishing department objectives and continuously develops and implements improved practices.

    • Perform configuration, debugging and support for infrastructure platform for complex projects.

    • Evaluate, propose and execute projects for improvement on all SCCM related area
