International Mobility Specialist

Atos is looking for experienced HR Specialists with minimum 3-5 years experience in tax and labor law issues and/or international mobility to join Our Global Mobility Team.
The team located in Timisoara will be focusing on supplying resource solutions on a global scale in: Global Mobility, International HR, Domestic Relocation, Immigration, Expat Tax, Reward & Compensation, Move Management.

- Do you have background in HR International Mobility and/or legal & tax?
- Are you fluent in business English? French and/ or Dutch and/or German could be a plus.
- Do you have good understanding of Human Resources policies/strategies and processes?

- Coordinate assignment request
- Support assignment approval Initiate
- Coordinate assignee extension, repatriation and localization
- Ensure SPOC for travel Policies and processes
- Liaise with local HR regarding compliance issues (Policy or legal)
- Ensure data base management and reporting
- Liaise with different stakeholders to collect information to support travel management processes.
