- Basic understanding of software architectures and concepts
- Knowledge of QA concepts and process
- Able to quickly understand new concepts
- Be able to communicate effectively with persons holding different roles
- Passionate about technologies and interested in testing & testing tools
- Good written and spoken English
- Technical background (databases, client-server architecture, programming skills) is a plus
