* Step 1: Introduction into the business (4 months): The Program starts in Continental Tire plant Timisoara with an integration phase, supported by a mentor. You will have the chance to enrich your knowledge of tire production, by hands-on experience in production area. After this initial experience, you should be ready for the next big challenge: your first project in the plant.
* Step 2: Home location, project assignments (6 months): In the following 6 months, you will be working on real-life projects, all addressing current topics in manufacturing business. In addition, you will develop yourself by soft skill and basic business trainings to sharpen your professional, methodical and communication skills.
* Step 3: International experience (6 months): Your next stay is in Hanover, Germany, in Continental headquarters. You will join other Manufacturing and Engineering Graduates from 8 countries (France, USA, Germany, Brazil, South Africa etc.). During these six months, you be working on stimulating projects and discover which technical training suits you best. Also you'll have the chance to build your personal network by connecting to major stakeholders of the organization and visits to major Continental customers and suppliers.
* Step 4: Marketing & Sales (2 weeks) During this step you will get to know your customer's needs, joining the Marketing and Sales department of Continental.
* Step 5: Preparation for final job The major focus of your last months will be on-the-job training to gain final practical experience for the upcoming placement, your final job in Continental Tires. Depending on your abilities and development interest you might have the opportunity to take over a management or an expert role.

Your profile:
* Above average university degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) or Manufacturing
* Experience through internships in Manufacturing/Engineering
* International experience through practical activities or study
* First working experience, up to 2 years is an advantage
* Project experience desired
* High willingness to travel
* Fluent in English and Romanian language
* Ambition for high performance
* Open-minded, responsible and self driven team player
