    Cerinte

    University Degree;
    Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years;
    Fluency in English;
    Availability to travel frequently at a national level;
    Very good communication skills;
    Leadership and management skills;
    Strong organization and planning skills;
    Proven negotiation and sales skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of commercial shopping centers, in line with the strategy drawn by the Commercial Department;
    Drawing up revenue budget of every shopping center;
    Developing and implementing the income planning for shopping centers in the area;
    Identifying new customers and closing leasing contracts for vacant spaces;
    Planning, budgeting and renegotiating leases renewal;
    Coordinating activities to continuously improve the level of collection;
    Implementing best practices to optimize shared costs (in connection with the Asset Manager);
    Contributing to the development and implementation of the marketing plan;
    Monitoring and reporting the main events in the network and report on developments in the retail market and competition.
