The Engineering Excellence group is starting to develop a new and exciting platform for the DevOps world from scratch.

Join us to be part of the development process, joining a dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience with new, cutting-edge technologies, using Docker and preparing the runway; eliminating the barriers.


Team characteristics:

Centralized Engineering Excellence DevOps Team.
Bringing solutions to the entire HPE Software R&D workforce (over 10K developers!)
Focusing on raising development velocity, introducing best-practices, best tools and the DevOps culture to the organization.


Professional Qualifications needed:

Development skills - Scripting (at least one of PowerShell/Perl/Python/Ruby)
VM knowledge (concepts, deployment, capturing)
Linux OS Administration
CM Tools - GIT
Advanced English skills.

Personal Qualifications needed:

Good Team Player
Broad Development Overview (knowledge of the entire development process)

Responsibilities and Ownership:

Incorporate and master high-end tools (such as Docker, Vagrant, Kubernetes) for rapid deployment, environment creation and high-availability.
Supporting and managing best-practices in terms of DevOps - commit-to-production, rapid deployment and ultra-fast environment creation.
Expanding your knowledge and bring your ideas to the table for the benefit of the entire R&D organization.
