Modern recruitment requires a higher degree of professionalism and client service standards which exceed the ones practiced today on the Romanian market.
• University degree or higher in respective discipline or equivalent education along with solid occupational experience in the related field
• ACCA or similar professional qualification is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Basic project management skills
• Accounting experience 3 - 5 years
• Knowledge and abilities of work with Microsoft Office
• 2 years experience in using with accounting software
• Basic knowledge of Norwegian
• English (read, written, spoken) – advanced
• Maintains complex (multi-discipline/x-functional) accounting processes according to defined service level agreements for allocated subsidiaries;
• Respecting the principles and rules in place;
• Independently manages the processes and the documents flow requested by law or the internal procedures for the subsidiary (ies) managed and according to the SAP procedures and according to assigned access rights;
• Applies independently the knowledge from area of expertise in accordance with the business requirements and gives guidance to more junior colleagues for problem solving / issue resolution;
• Supports the identification of potential risks in area of expertise and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation;
• Highly dedicated to the improvement of own technical abilities and assimilation of new information;
• Gives guidance to more junior colleagues or Team Lead for problem solving / issue resolution;
• Maintains the connection with the main contact persons from the subsidiary (ies) allocated in his or her responsibility. In this regard he/she requests/obtains/provides specific information for the optimum activity deployment;
• Supervises the correct application of the Fiscal code and Accounting law and of the legislation in force;
• Remains permanently in touch with the Accounting and Fiscal legislation, implements given legislative modifications which have an impact in own activity, implements change solutions for the permanent compliance with the legal regulations;
• Develops processes, work procedures, and solutions to optimize department/ SL activity;
• Meet deadlines related to submission of documents/ information to the Finance Managers of the subsidiary(ies) allocated in his or her responsibility according to services levels agreed / respective working instructions.
